Uses the MLS to its fullest potential

90%+ of homes sell through the Multiple Listing Service. In addition to the basic mls capabilities, we add content rich media to further enhance our home’s exposure.

We takes lots and lots of photos because that's what buyers want to see. We use virtual home tours and video shows to show every detail of your home. We create a unique website for each listing and assign a url name based on the property address.  

Each photograph is accompanied by lots of descriptive text, so viewers get a complete understanding of the home. Videos of the homeowner describing the home in their own words can be used to further grab potential homebuyers attention.

Uses the internet for maximum exposure

 80%+ of home buyers start their home search online. Our marketing takes advantage of technologies to advertise properties to the greatest number of potential buyers. Content rich advertising attracts more attention from the search engines as well as potential buyers.

Our listings are syndicated to more than 30 real estate websites including Realtor.Com, Google Base, Yahoo classifieds, Craigslist, Edgio, Point2NLS and a host of other real estate portals.  Anyone with a computer can get extensive listing information on all of our properties.

Viral Marketing is accomplished through AnnounceMyMove.Com and video syndication is used to place additional media to the marketplace.

 Social networking sites like Facebook and LinkedIn are also used to get more viewership from a wider audience.

All properties have a rider attached to the sign with the house's web address. The website has multiple photos, virtual tours, videos and downloadable addendums about the house. This address may be used in conjunction with traditional print advertising to drive more traffic to the site.

Uses traditional methods, too

MLS exposure, attractive yard signs, just listed cards, newspaper house ads and open houses may be used to supplement online advertising as well. Not all buyers are internet savvy, so every marketing avenue needs to be covered in order to reach the greatest number of buyers.
