Kevin and Linda Sharkey are the brokers and owners of IBR Realty, Minnesota’s largest family-owned real estate company. Licensed since 1990, they serve their clients with competence and compassion.

Kevin and Linda have lived in the school district since 1985 and both of their children have spent their entire educational career in Sd 112. They know the market, the people and the reasons for living here.

Their commitment is to provide clients with all the information needed to make intelligent and informed real estate decisions. The role Kevin and Linda take is to turn information into knowledge and to be a valuable asset in the sale or purchase of their client’s home.
